What triggers this issue

• 5 or more stylesheets in <head> (excluding print stylesheets).

Why it matters

The browser waits for every stylesheet in the head before painting. Each extra file is another request on the critical path.

How to fix it

1. Combine stylesheets in your build step.
2. Inline the small amount of CSS needed for the top of the page and load the rest asynchronously.
