SEO Audit Checker

Privacy policy

Last updated October 2, 2026

SEO Audit Checker audits public websites. We collect as little as we can to run the audit, stop abuse and send you your report, and we delete it on a fixed schedule.

What we collect

  • The website address you submit, and the audit results we produce for it.
  • Your email address, if you give one. Email is optional; we use it only to send you the report and, when you audit the same site again, to show what changed since your last audit.
  • Your IP address, to limit how many audits can be run per hour and to block abuse.

We don’t sell or share this information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

Services that process data for us

  • Cloudflare hosts the site and database, runs the Turnstile bot check on the audit form, and (if enabled) provides cookieless Web Analytics. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
  • Resend delivers report emails when you provide an email address. See Resend’s privacy policy.
  • Google PageSpeed Insights receives the address of the page being audited (not your email or IP) to run Lighthouse. See Google’s privacy policy.

How long we keep it

  • Intermediate data from an audit (raw page data, link checks) is deleted after 1 day.
  • Your email and IP address are removed from audit records after 30 days.
  • Audit reports are deleted after 90 days, after which report links stop working.

Report links

Each report has a private, hard-to-guess link. Anyone you share it with can view the report. Reports never show your email address, and they aren’t listed in search engines.

Cookies

We don’t set cookies. Cloudflare’s bot check may store data needed to tell people from bots.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete your data or tell you what we hold about you at any time. Email hello@seoauditchecker.com with the address you used and, if you have it, your report link.

Changes

If we change how we handle data, we’ll update this page and the date above.
